If you are seeking counseling, you are
probably frustrated. Most people try a number of different options before seeking professional help. You might
have already talked with family or friends about your struggles. But the problems still persist. Or maybe your
situation is getting worse.
Every one
of us has the innate capacity to heal. But since human beings are essentially social creatures, our healing can't be
done alone. To truly move beyond those issues which hold us back, we must share our pain with someone that we trust.
It sounds easy, doesn't it? But
think about the people in your life: your support system. Even though friends and family can be very well-meaning, who
can see your situation clearly? Who can sit and listen without judgment? Who is tending to your emotional needs?
I would like to help if I can.
